Terms

1. Orders - the supply proposals from customers are subject to acceptance by the company with written confirmation.

2. Quantity - the quantity requested by the customer, also if specified in the plan, is understood to be always indicative. Portions of boxes or packs cannot be delivered for any reason. The original complete pack will be considered when calculating the quantity to deliver, rounded up.

3. Delivery time - the delivery time indicated on the order confirmation 2-8 weeks. The delivery time starts after recieving an advance payment.

4. Transportation - delivery in destination of the Buyer is possible.

5. Payments - the place of payment is the domicile of the seller also if the payments are agreed on or made with bills or drafts. The payments must be made in strict observance of the terms and methods established. The payments cannot ever be suspended or delayed, even in part, for any reason or complaint, as, among other things, the purchaser will lose all of their relevant rights. All the shipped goods remain the propriety of the Seller untill they are fully paid, and the relevant value is received by the Seller at its Bank account.

6. Refusal of the order - there is no refund at refusal of the order for the reasons independent of the Seller.

7. Returns - ordered goods are not to be returned.
